When the first legal rulings came down from the courts in Spain against Timeshare companies, many sources said it was only a blip and they will be overruled in appeals, however Jcorrea-lawyer (the nickname of a Spanish Lawyer here on Timesharetalk) warned that if appeals failed the same decision making process would be used in the same type of cases in the future.

Lo and behold, how right he was!: despite others protestations.

Time to clear up Timeshare in Spain!


If you like your wonderful timeshare* - great, if you hate the millstone around your neck now is the time to sort it out.
The industry needs to get rid of all the dissatisfied customers (for they are we) and obtain a better press.

So much for RDO's membership standards.

What exactly do you have to do to be thrown out of RDO? 

I'd rather be in the minority and right, than in the majority and wrong. After all I only have to live with myself!
