el Capistrano Playa, Nerja, es

We have two weeks at el Capistrano Playa in Nerja.  The weeks are administered by the Nerja Owners Association in Guildford, UK.  From my reading, the deed to our timeshare is illegal and could be rendered null and void.  We have not been there for seven years and find the fees unsupportable any more.  What would a Spanish lawyer cost to help us?

Where do the deeds say jurisdiction lies?
If you have found the advice I have given useful and I have saved you some money, perhaps you would like to make a donation to the Prostate Cancer Charity, mentioning my name. (www.prostatecanceruk.org)

After a long search, I finally found the deed.  The timeshare is registered in the UK with the Nerja Owners Association.  It says the deed is in effect until 2058.
