I just arranged an upgrade of my apartment this year as my son and his girlfriend want to holiday with us in tenerife.

I emailed regency and Marianka replied very quickly and was able to organise the upgrade with no problems.

After all the negative comments I post on this forum about the resort I thought it worth mentioning that customer service for this particular transaction was first class.

It makes a nice change to report something positive at last.  If only Regency and other concerned development groups would see that that majority of consumers are not just participating on these groups to cause trouble but are here because of genuine concerns regarding their holiday investment.
We at the RPA (owners) have had a raw deal for so long that it will take a lot of bridge building by the new company to instill any trust.  Hotelera were and continue to be a complete disgrace and good riddance to them.  At least Petchey answer e-mails and phone you personally, which is an improvement.
