Show 1- March 2011

The first Timesharetalk radio show consists of interviews with Francis Taylor, Global Chief Executive and Co-Founder of popular exchange company Dial An Exchange, Andrew Horton, Operations Director of Resort Fiduciary Services Ltd and Geoff Chapman, Director of TATOC.

Any timeshare owner that has never heard of or used Dial An Exchange will find the interview with Francis interesting and enlightening. Dial An Exchange specialise in offering a simple product, strong customer service and competitive pricing. They have rapidly become very popular amongst timeshare owners across most continents.

Historically, the timeshare industry has not had access to insurance policies that can cover the annual maintenance fee in the event of sickness, death etc. That was until Resort Fiduciary Services introduced their annual maintenance fee insurance policy. Our interview with Andrew Horton reveals precisely how this insurance works and is worthy of the attention of any timeshare owner who may be at the time of life where health issues can arise.

Europe's largest timeshare consumer organisation (TATOC) should be praised for their continuing support of timeshare owners in Europe. We spoke to Director of TATOC (Mr Geoff Chapman) to find out more about the services that TATOC provide and the role they play within the industry.
