Title: Law 42/98 - What to do with Anfi?
Post by: Dunno what to do on October 29, 2015, 21:11:58
Hi,

I bought a floating week at Monte Anfi in 2001. Deposit was paid by credit card, then full balance about one month later.
The Agreement states that "the club system is in perpetuity".
My understanding is that on probably three counts (perpetuity / deposit / floating week) this was sold to me illegally.
There seems to be some legal activity against Anfi and other resorts, but I am unsure how to move forward.
Can any of you guys please advise?
Thanks

Well,

If it was sold illegally, I would like to correct that.
I was just wondering if anybody had experience of a relevant course of action or could help direct me to somebody who does.
Cheers

Sure I can help you. If your contract is affected by both floating and perpetuity you indeed have a good case. If you sue Anfi your prospects of succeding are really really high.
