Hi all

still not got my deposit back from blue-chip yet
I spoke to rebecca on the phone yesturday and said that i wanted to lower the price, she said that i had already dropped it,however i said that i wished to do it again and would she send me the correct form out for me to do so.I then said that i wished to drop the price to £5 !!! yes £5 pounds she then said that she was not sure that i could do that as blue-chip-sl.com would not make the commission,i told her i`m not bothered about what you make and that if i want to sell if for whatever price i like,i see that this might be the only way that i will get my full deposit back, because thatS all i get off blue-chip-sl.com
I will get a refund once the holiday club membership is sold.

would blue-chip-sl.com be in breach of contract if they do not sell my holiday club membership for the price i ask for?

I understand that it would be giving my membership away but to be honest its not worth the paperwrok it written on..........on and just for the information the hoilday club membership i`m selling is with the essential travel club this was taken over from the travel emporuim.

Hi all

I know this company went bust around 2008 but i`m in the process of thinking about taking my credit card to court under section 75.

I posted many question on another website, this was awhile ago (2008) but i cannot find the site i posted them on.I am just trying to get some more info so when and if i have to goto court i hopefully will be able so show the court that i thought ltm were a genuine company that would sell my holiday club (the travel emporuim) and i did check them out before i paid them money.Maybe if the court can see that they have taken money off other people then they i might have more of a chance of getting my money back.

Any details about ltm would be much appreciated no matter how small.

ps you can send your info direct to me if you do not wish to go public.

wondering with all these scams
Has anyone had their money returned to them under this law and did they have to go to court.

I am in the process of getting my case looked at via the financial ombudsman and just wondered if its worth taking mbna to court?

Just wondering if anyone has had any dealings with this company good or bad?

I have done the usual.....paid money upfront e.t.c but just like other companies "the buyer could not get the money from the bank to buy my holiday club membership" i felt i was being strung along all the time and i have said this to them but they assured me it would go through, but well it did not. This fell through around 4 weeks ago.

I did not expect to get anymore  "so called buyers" but i got a phone call from them the other day stating that they have another buyer, its not going to cost me anymoore money so i`m abit miffed, the reason for this is because blue-chip have alredy got my money so why would they tell me they have another buyer?

The contact that i signed stated that blue-chip could hold onto my money for 1 year and return it if the membership is not sold.So with this in mind it does make me wonder that maybe this company might be genuine. They are also easy to get hold of which also makes them sound abit more trustworthy.I also got a contract with monies that would be paid to me,maybe i`m  being abit to trustworthy, what do you people think
