Heritage / Jurisdiction

As I bought my timeshare through a timeshare retailer 9 years ago I am unsure of the jurisdiction the holding company have in the UK. Apparently this is on the original purchase agreement which i am not privy to.
I am a weeks owner in the Matchroom complex and the holding company is Heritage, which is registered in the Isle of Man. I am led to believe an Isle of Man company cannot sue a UK resident for none payment of maintenance fees unless they have jurisdiction in the UK.
I would be most grateful if any Heritage owners can help me.
