There has been a request for an off topic forum for football chat.

Are you interested? - if so then please post "yes" on this thread.

It would be sad to see Birmingham or Wolves set such a record

No worries with Brown at the helm Hull will be the strongest side in the Premiership this year "holding everyone else up" I think that Burnley will be the leagues surprise package, it is tough for any newly promoted club as when you play the top clubs you are playing against 12 men 11 + the ref, sorry just my personal observation from what I witnessed last year.

I am sure we beat Michelle's team pre-season so - as we remain undefeated - that means that we are better than all the teams that they have beaten - come on LUFC [;)]

Will anybody be watching England on't internet???

Why did some members say YES to a football thread? The season is well underway but hardly any posts. Who will/not win the league. Can Leeds contimue their good form? (what division are they in now???)

Cheers Michelle

Still numb after yesterday. I still can't take it in. The last 10 years have been a steady stroll up the hill, but now we have achieved the ultimate prize, and i get to watch the games again on Match of the Day

Now we get our ground finished, bearing in mind the plans for this were first shown on the front page of the local paper in 1985.

It is safe to say we will spend all season playing to stay up, but who cares.

Bring it on The Big Boys!

Anyone else want to join me in wishing Swindon Town FC (aka The mighty Robins) good luck against Millwall in this Saturday's Coca-Cola League 1 playoff final ?
