Bill im sure your management company will allow you to relinquish the weeks back to the club.

The management company will CATEGORICALLY NOT allow you to return them the weeks. They appear to have large number of non-paying owners (of whom I was one) and are passing recovery to debt collectors and lawyers.

I tried to sell our weeks and at 99p for ALL THREE on eBay, got no bidders when they found out the transfer fee and maintenance fees that the resort was after.

There are answers, but handing weeks back to the resort is not one of them.
