I went to a presentation but did not go ahead.

A call to Bavington Consultants on 0845 302 4784 is answered 'Crooks (!) Corner Business Park'.  They can't put you though to Bavington unless you have an actual name.

Calls to New Frontiers who set up the appointments on 020 8123 8208 end up on an answering machine.

Telos have put a request, on their website, for anyone that has paid a “reservation fee” in respect of a fractional purchase at Lakeview to contact them. This is an attempt to trace “clients” that have paid money to Bavington which should have been paid on to Telos.
We have also had information that Telos that are communicating with Bavington through their Lawyers; Charles Fussell & Co of Adam House, 7/10 Adam Street, London WC2N 6AA.
People having difficulty contacting Bavington could ring Charles Fussell and Co on Telephone 020 7520 9323 in order to obtain the Bavington contact details.

I know from an existing employee at Kent that she is concerned about the company name BAVINGTON CONSULTANTS who sell fractional weeks for Lakeview C.club in cornwall and that they have closed two offices namely Newcastle and Cornwall itself, the M.D. is a fellow called David Sperring an ex manager of Hollywood Mirage and a Kevin Baker ex GVC now Diamond Points and a chap called Maurice 0·Sullivan who is also ex GVC they are all at a CROOKES BUSINESS PARK nr Tumbridge Wells phone easily found.  They lure owners to a legal presentation to sell  up to 75k of ownership into Lakeview if you decline they offer you place in Greece, they take 2995 ANd promise you cash back yes they will pay the interest but you will end up in debt in your name with your house as a mortgagee. PLEASE DO NOT DO IT THIS IS A WARNING FROM ONE OF THEM THROUGH ME!!

Hi - please does anyone know what the current situation with regard to the proposed development at lakeview? It all seems to have gone very quiet. Did the TELOS sale complete? What is the outlook for existing timeshare here now?
