The Annual General Meeting will take place immediately after the close of the conference on Sunday 13th March 2011 at 11:30am at the Park Royal Hotel, Stretton Road, Stretton, Warrington, Cheshire WA4 4NS.
There are four vacancies for the board. This year, in accordance with the Articles and Memorandum two directors retire by rotation. The retiring directors can stand for re-election for a further term.
