Quaysiders Club, Cumbria 28 July 2012 to rent

I have a 2 bedroom (sleeps 6) apartment for rent at the Gold Crown Quaysiders Club at Ambleside in Cumbria.
The date is 28 July to 4th August 2012.
All I am asking for is the cost of the maintenance fee (which is very reasonable).

I have stayed there, It is a nice small resort nearly on the edge of the lake. Good centre for touring the area.
