At the end of 2012, Europe's leading Timeshare Resales company and innovator within the industry launched a brand new product to the market: eXpectations Holidays Club. Rather than owning a specific week of timeshare, eXpectations members own points which are allocated annually. These points can then be used like a currency to book holidays throughout the world in thousands of resorts thanks to their partnership with the world's largest vacation exchange organisation, RCI.
The product has proved extremely succesful so far and looks set for a bright future.
Existing timeshare owners can simply convert their weeks into the club (subject to approval and acceptance). All future liability for the maintenance fees of the week/s passes to eXpectations so freeing the owner of any perpetuity obligations.
