Scammers around again in Tenerife

At least 4 people in evidence below where the lift is down to the beach near Harleys.
 They were pushing the in perpetuity nonsense scare tactics to Diamond members and talking the new fractional system down as being in perpetuity when in fact it is 15 years (if the apartments are sold in 15 years)

 I would think that this pack are a reincarnation of the mob that had 7 companies recently closed down as they were working directly below the former offices of this set of rogues. Only spotted 4 but they were spread below the lift and right as far as the slope up to the old market area.
2 scratch card pushers on the slope up to the market as well. No idea who they were working for though.

Anything similar going on in Lanzarote like touts? Or is it too sleepy a place? Never been there before.
 I'm going there next week & it would be nice to be forewarned. Don't want to be caught out whilst under the influence of sun, sangria etc!! And I wouldn't like to upset an honest person by telling them to go forth and multiply!
