What's like Royal Resorts operated by John Spence?

Hi, I just want to ask what's the Royal Resorts operated by John Spence is like? Is it good or not?

This forum was for the Royal Resorts of Mexico (and other caribbean islands). Mr. Sutton is the company owner/executive. I never heard of John Spence, so that may be another Royal resort group in another area of the planet.
