The Royal Resorts are constructing a new 83 unit complex in St.Martin. The units are all 2br. and will be sold as 1/12th shares (4 weeks a year) for $ 74,000. The Royals took over the management of the Pelican Resort a few years ago correcting years of prior problems and mishandling.
