I have just booked some accommodation through II for Florida and when booking I had to choose between two resorts. I was told by the representative that one of the resorts was 4 star while the other was 5 star. If he can see that on his information why can't we when we are looking at all the resorts on the II website?
It would be helpful, no?
Or do they think that no one would book to go to a 3 star resort even if it was pretty good but just didn't have an onsite restaurant?

As far as I'm concerned star ratings are one of life's major mysteries, ranking right up there with how they get the caramel into the the Cadbury Caramilk bar. If anyone can unlock the secret, I too would be thrilled!
